       Order cutoff: 5:00 PM CT

       Free shipping on orders: $75+

 

1. Processing & Handling

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed before 5:00 PM CT on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Each piece in our collection is handcrafted from natural olive wood and carefully inspected before shipment, so we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.

We ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Rates

       Under $75.00: Calculated at checkout

       $75.00 and above: UPS Ground — Free

 

2. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that delivery estimates may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders promptly. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@willowandspoon.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing, but we will always do our best to help.

4. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please reach out to us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
