       Return window: 30 days

       Refund timeline: 10 business days

       Return shipping: Customer’s cost

 

We want you to be happy with your Willow & Spoon purchase, but we’re also a small business with real costs. This policy explains exactly how returns and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be true:

       The item is in the same condition that you received it

       Unused — no signs of use, washing, oiling, or cutting/serving food

       In its original packaging, including any inserts, padding, and gift box

       Includes the receipt or proof of purchase

 

Note about olive wood:

Natural variations in color, grain, and pattern are normal characteristics of olive wood and are not considered defects. We do not accept returns for items based solely on natural color or grain differences.

3. How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@willowandspoon.com with the following:

       Your full name and order number

       Item(s) you want to return and reason for the return

       Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We cover return shipping only if:

       You received the wrong item

       The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

5. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if there’s an issue at contact@willowandspoon.com.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

       Custom or personalized products

       Gift cards

       Final sale / clearance items

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item following the steps above, then place a new order for the item you want.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
